Menace Academy Mission
We are dedicated to the growth of soccer and the Menace organization through player advancement and increased community involvement.  We will provide an environment that allows coaches, players, and our staff opportunities to succeed personally and professionally.

Menace Academy Goals
To be one of the premier youth clubs in the Midwest, regionally and nationally whose players and coaches are recognized for their excellence, commitment and sportsmanship to the game of soccer.  To set a standard which players must be able to attain, i.e. a measure of competency to continue to participate on a competitve team.  This approach, we hope, will motivate players to practice on their own, which will accelerate improvement and improve the standard of play throughout the club.  We must continue a high standard of developmental training for all coaches and players to maintain the strength and depth of all our age groups within the club.
