What sizes are available?
Sizes and quantities are limited. Hoodies are available in adult sizes small through XXL. Hoodies are loose fitting and run about a half size larger than traditional sizing.
How will I receive my order?
Shipping is available for a flat fee of $10 per order. Orders can also be picked up for free from the Krause Gateway Center Downtown Des Moines. Your fulfillment preference will be selected during checkout.
I'm having my hoodie shipped, when will it arrive?
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the day your order is placed.
I'm picking up my hoodie, when can I stop by?
Specific details for order pickup will be communicated via email following your purchase. Pickup location is the Krause Gateway Center located Downtown by the Sculpture Park.
Can I return my order or exchange sizes?
All sales are final.
Can I purchase a Blackout Hoodie without a Season Membership?
No - at this time the Blackout Hoodie is only available as a bundled package with a 2024 Season Membership.
When will I receive my 2024 Season Tickets?
Season Tickets for the 2024 season will be 100% digital. Tickets and additional materials for our members will be made available closer to the start of the season (late Spring 2024).
