The Central Conference's championship weekend is coming to Valley Stadium for the first time in four years.

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – Tuesday, July 10, 2018 – Valley Stadium will be the site of the Premier Development League’s Central Conference championship weekend.

The Des Moines Menace prepares to host the playoff action on Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21.

League officials announced today that the Des Moines is one of four hosts for the first round of the postseason. Though this is the Menace’s fifth straight postseason berth, the franchise has not played a home playoff match since 2014.

The Menace (12-0-1) has celebrated the franchise’s 25th season by securing the regular-season titles for the Heartland Division and the Central Conference. A home win this Friday (July 13 against St. Louis) would clinch the PDL’s regular-season championship.
