Gaye Diadie Named Assistant Coach

Des Moines, Iowa – Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Menace head coach, Troy McKerrell, has announced the addition of Gaye Diade as an assistant coach on his USL League Two staff. 

Diadie currently serves as an assistant coach at Northwestern. Prior to his role in Evanston, he was the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Chicago State and on staff with USL2 side Texas United FC. He graduated from Georgia Southern with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and earned a Masters in Business Administration at Chicago State. He is currently pursuing his UEFA B Coaching License.

McKerrell on Giade:

"Gaye is first and foremost a great person. He has a variety of experiences that I believe will help me as the head coach but most importantly the players and team collective including office staff.   I'm thankful that Gaye has a desire to want to be a part of this journey and there's no doubt in my mind that he will give his best effort, which is all I can ask for."
