Des Moines, Iowa – Thursday, April 11, 2024 - Des Moines Menace Soccer Ops Manager, Sydney Tatam, has accepted the USL Super League's Director of Ops role ahead of its inaugural season, set to kickoff August 2024.

Tatam is currently in transit to Tampa, Florida, where she will live, laugh, and work hard from the United Soccer League's Headquarters. Upon arrival she will be responsible for making sure that league runs efficiently and effectively. Super League teams need not hold their breath, as no hiccups will occur with Tatam in charge of operations.

"This summer will not be the same without Sydney but I am so very happy and excited for the next step in what is sure to be a long and successful career in sports. She joined the Menace in 2019 as a young pup fresh out of college and was tasked with owning the Menace Soccer Foundation from top to bottom. Apparently running a business was light work for someone with her skillset, as she asked for more responsibilities on the team ops front, which she continually crushed as well. Watching the young pup turn into a junkyard dawg is something I'll always cherish. I have no doubt she will represent the Menace and instill her/its tradition of excellence as soon as she gets started in Tampa."
