The Menace are proud to share that our very own Lisa Dauterive has been named the 2025 USL League Two Executive of the Year!

Lisa’s leadership guided the Menace through another incredible season, highlighted by the club’s second straight Division Title and an unforgettable set of games in the Lamar Hunt U.S Open Cup highlighted by a win over Sporting Kansas City II.

“Winning the Executive of the Year award is an incredible honor! I want to thank the league and our peer clubs for recognizing the work our staff here in Des Moines accomplished this season,” said Menace Operations Manager Lisa Dauterive. “This past season with the Des Moines Menace has been unforgettable – I’m very grateful for the support and dedication of our staff, players, and community who make this club so special.”
