The Des Moines Menace will compete in the Great Plains Division of the USL League Two once again in 2026, facing a familiar group of opponents as they look to build on last season’s success. 

The Great Plains Division of the Central Conference will consist of the following clubs:

• Des Moines Menace (Des Moines, IA)
• Peoria City (Peoria, IL)
• FC Ambush (St Louis, MO)
• Springfield FC (Springfield, IL)
• Santafe Wanderers (Kansas City, KS)
• Sunflower State FC (Kansas City, MO)
